What is Paladin?

Paladin is a research and coordination service for families facing a complex cancer or rare-disease decision. We investigate relevant specialists, treatment options, clinical trials, testing, and access pathways across countries; organize the evidence; and help move agreed next steps forward with the treating team.

Does Paladin provide medical care or medical advice?

No. Paladin does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency services, or replace licensed treating physicians. Medical decisions remain with the patient and treating team.

What types of cases may fit?

Paladin is designed for families with an active treating physician and a defined, consequential question about treatment options, testing, specialists, clinical trials, or access—especially when relevant options may exist in another country or health system. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for ongoing medical care.

What does molecular-level review mean?

It means reviewing existing pathology, biomarker, and genomic findings together with treatment history and current research. The goal is to surface relevant evidence and sharper questions for the treating team—not to perform testing, diagnose the disease, or select treatment.

What happens after I submit?
